Credit card purchases are securely made via Verisign, the sign of trust on the web. Verisign will require your CSC number, which is a 3 or 4 digit number appearing on your credit card, either to the right of the raised digits on the front or as the last set of numbers on the signature strip on the reverse.

However, if you prefer to send us a Money Order, Cashier's Check or personal or e-check (checks delay shipment until the check clears - up to 10 business days) you can still use the shopping cart system - upon checkout, you may choose "Mail in my order and payment" and a printer-friendly order form will be provided.

International orders: Many kites are too long for economical international shipping while some of the packable foils such as the Parastunters are ideal. In addition, international shipping varies considerably, depending upon the destination. Please inquire re: shipping and please be sure to include the items you wish to order and your postal code. We'll be very happy to forward a total and a link to a custom shopping cart entry that reflects the total on our "Special orders" page and we will modify the settings on our secure credit card processor to process an international sale.
Returns: New, unopened, unflown kites may be returned with 7 days from receipt. As we have no control over winds, flying style, gravity, etc., we will not accept returns of merchandise in any condition other than brand new and unopened. A 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of our shipping and credit card fees will be imposed if the return is for any reason other than an error on our part.
Privacy Policy: Kite Farm does not sell, trade or give away your personal information, nor will we pester you with e-mails (with the exception of payment and shipping confirmations and a "thank you"!)

We ship orders out generally within one business day of their receipt or clearance of funds and USPS Priority Mail is very efficient, but there's more to our service than that!
